please read, need advice.

Is it possible to still be pregnant, I'm on cycle day 30 and I think I ovulated on cycle day 20 cause I had a positive on cycle day 19. I just wiped and found this. Is this AF or IB??? I've been nauseous and tired. I took a few tests and one looked positive but the rest are negative.
