Frustrating

On cycle day 31 I'm now 5 days late and my period is never late. I've took two pregnancy test this week Monday,Thursday. All a big BFN I'm so frustrated. I have cravings, swollen boobs, feel heavy, keep weeing, can't stand certain smells please give me some advice
