I'd retest, blue dyes are good at evaps and the line doesn't look right.

Yes it's a BFP most ppl say no to blue dye but mines did that and I'm 4 weeks 

That looks like an Evap I'm sorry. It's very off centered

I'd say yes my first one did the same thing and people said it was evap line so I looked it up online they say an evap life normally doesn't turn bule/pink it would be a grayish color but if your uncertain take another one in a couple days. But I'm gonna say congratulations cause I believe it's a positive
