So today while laying down with my boyfriend, I began feeling severely painful cramps INSIDE my vagina. Not where my period cramps are, around my ovaries. Actually INSIDE me. It felt like someone was squeezing something super hard and it was just a sharp pain. I was just wondering if any of you have had this and got your BFP? I wanna surprise my boyfriend with a Christmas BFP after we lost our first baby in July. 💔 What do y'all think my chances are? No bleeding yet and I hope it stays this way!
