I cant feed him every 30 min! Can I?

We change from a every 3 hours schedule to an "on demand" because my breastfeeding expert told me to after they said baby was loosing weight and he is 12 days. After 48 hours, the last 12 hrs baby has asked every 30 min to suck... im tired, crying and he cries louder every time, he is.angry and desperate. He has been awake almost for 8 hours in a row and my nipples cant take it. Apart from that i wad suppose to pump after each feed and give him extra formula... I dont know what to do. Just need to take it out of my system. While he is eating again

Aside from the pain it's causing you your body should be fine feeding on demand. When baby is going themeoigh a growth spurt they feed constantly. 
You should produce enough milk to feed. 
As for the mental and physical pain, it's absolutely draining in those First few weeks.
Hang in there if you can, it does get easier 
For you nipples put some of your milk in them and let them air as much as possible. 
I found the pain absolutely aweful and dreaded feeding my baby. Now we are 3 months in and feeding well. 
Things will get easier.

It's normal in the early weeks.  It's called cluster feeding. They don't really tell you how draining they are!! Like a PP said, this is also helping build your supply.  Stick through it. I wouldn't worry about pumping during cluster feeds. You also probably don't need to supplement if LO is feeding that often!! 
I have been there. You will get through it, and it does get better!!!

My baby lost weight and I had to do what you're doing. If you feel like you're losing it have someone give him an ounce of formula while you take a quick nap. You can do it, my baby made it back to birth weight and now we're off formula. Good luck!

How's your milk production? Maybe he keeps feeding because he is still hungry. They also go through growth spurts and feed more frequently which is common.
