It seems like my milk is starting to get low my baby is 2 months. I made lactation cookies but ran out 2 days ago. I plan on making more tonight but I'm not sure how much Brewers yeast I'm actually suppose to put in and how many cookies should I be eating? Also I plan on using a regular sugar cookie recipe I can just add Brewers yeast to it right? Thanks
