concened

Ive recently posted for some help and advice. Im getting more concerend as the hours go by my period was late and i started to bleed on the 8th december the blood was like a dull red and was in my underwear and on my pad and when i passed urine also when i wiped the day after there wasnt blood when passing urine just when i wiped also the blood turned into a light pink on the pad now 3am in the morning theres a couple of spots of pink blood on the pad and my urine is completely clear but when i wipe its a very light red blood with a bit of a darker red stringy blood too. Can someone please tell me what this could be?
