IUD advice !!

I'm getting an IUD inserted next week and I wanted some experienced ladies to tell me about their experience with the IUD. So originally I have my mind set on the Mirena IUD because it would make my period lighter (I have a 7-8 day period with a heavy flow for 2-3 days). However I am concerned with acne, as of now I get a few pimples here and there and a little more during stressful times. What are some experiences you've had?
