Why are my tests getting lighter?

Found out I was pregnant 3 days ago the line wasn't completely dark and was fairly faint so have waited 3 days and then tested again? This time the line is even lighter? What does this mean :-(

The best thing to do is to get the blood tests done with your doctor they should run your hcg then two days later do it again and see what the numbers are and if they're rising correctly. 
It's hard to track on hpts because one may detect a level of 10 and the other a level of 20 and thus 2 tests show 2 different colored lines.
