HELP! I've just about had it!

So I have a baby on the way and I'm due in less than 3 weeks! The thing is we've had a flea problem for a while bc we have a German shepherd who apparently got fleas from my fiancé's friend's dog which he failed to tell me about. We had an outbreak in the summer so I spent hundreds for Orkin to come out and handle the problem...this was back in September. I had them come out several times to spray but the problem kept coming back. Finally about a month ago I decided to spend even more on flea crap (flea sprays, carpet powders, more mess for the dog). I sprayed down the furniture with the flea spray, sprinkled the carpets and rugs with the flea powder, and gave the dog a flea bath and pills. I vacuumed then I had Orkin come back out again...the tech even sprayed the yard and under furniture, and he put a couple of flea traps around the house. I vacuumed again after he left, paying special attention to corners, and I mopped the wood floors...I even threw away the vacuum bag outside after I was done. I washed bedding and clothes in hot water. After all this effort, I'm beginning to see fleas again when I thought they were finally gone for good...so disappointed and I wanna cry! I saw one on my foot a couple of weeks ago and again one on my hand yesterday. I keep checking the dog for fleas but I never see anything, although he keeps scratching. I also checked the traps and I didn't find any fleas. I'm so baffled. Where are these fleas coming from?! I'm at my wits end and what bothers me is the fact that my fiancé doesn't find an issue with fleas! Hello?! We have a baby on the way!! I guess if it were just us then it wouldn't be as stressful, but this is pertinent that we take care of these little demons! Anyway, I need help...what else should I do??? I thought I did everything to prevent them from coming back but apparently not. I'm gonna get Peking to come back out for the 6th time...and I'll vacuum and mop and wash bedding like before. Is there something else I should be doing?? I don't have time for this bc I'm busy preparing for the baby...I don't wanna have to worry about another flea infestation with a baby in the house bc of all the chemicals I'll have to use to get rid of these monsters.
