Shopping for baby???

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and told myself I wouldn't shop until at least 12 weeks. But I'm seeing TONS of holiday deals on baby stuff!! I'm thinking about taking advantage of some sales...do you think it's too soon tho???

I can't make myself buy anything until after I have my first ultrasound which will be at 12 weeks. I want to know that baby is healthy and doing good before I just start filling my house with baby stuff..

I am 8 weeks and already have my stroller and car seat because I got amazing deals on both on Black Friday. I bought gender neutral colors. I personally want to spread out the cost of bigger items throughout my pregnancy, so I am buying a little earlier. I don't want to wait until 30 weeks to start shopping and then spend 1000s of dollars at once. Do what you think is best!

Go for it. I been buy stuff while trying to get pregnant. I even been applying for free baby stuff. I git free bottles, nursing pillow some breast milk bags ect

I'm waiting just because new things come out every season. I'm not due until July so anything I purchase now would be old and worth the price I purchased it by the time our twins arrive. Now for timeless items... if I HAVE to get it... then I get it 😁 my husband has it wayyy worse then I lol.

We bought a car seat on Black Friday. My husband wanted to wait. But it was a crazy good deal, so I talked him into it.

Just get a few things if it's all sale and nothing that expires. I know how you feel I have a hard time waiting to shop especially around this time since everything is on sale I've kept myself from doing it. But I think of it as if something does happen, I'll be pregnant again someday and have a baby that I can keep it stored away until I need it.

I've been buying cute baby clothes and little blankets or toys for years. I keep them in a bin with clothes from when I was really overweight that I'm hoping to use as maternity clothes. I always figured if for some reason we couldn't have a baby, I could give the clothes as gifts. Now, at 10wks 3days, I'm not buying any big ticket items, but I'm still comfortable buying a cute outfit or precious toy when I see one.

I already have all the bottles, diapers and wipes for baby #2, bottles were on sale at babies r us, plus i get 10% back off my registry. And Im 8 weeks tomorrow! Lol... We were going to have to buy it anyway, might as well do it while its on sale. And if anything were to happen like a miscarriage, then all the stuff we have could work for when we would try again. I literally only need a double stroller and a new carseat! And i have 30+ weeks to buy that. And girl clothes if #2 is a girl. We wont buy any clothes until after gender ultrasound, so no wasted clothes if its the wrong gender. I wish i would have done this while i was pregnant with my first.
