If your significant other poured water on you playing around would you break up with them over it? Please explain your answer.

So a little bit of a back story my boyfriend through a water battle at me and i told him to watch his back and we have had petty arguemnts like this before but he told me if i poured water on him he would tell me to pack my shit and get the fuck out breaking up with me.. over water... i just want opinion on if im in the wrong i didnt do it but i feel like if our relationship can be over just pecause i poured water on him we arent very stable we have been together 5 years with a 1.5 year old baby girl he is sort of emotionally abusive i just dont know what to do about this one thing and need to know if im in the wrong here so I can change...
