I moved to Hawaii and was having the best "single life" ever. I didn't want to date anyone, I just wanted to meet people, go on outdoors adventures, surf, hike, basically have a good time without any drama. Just friendships. Since I didn't know anyone local prior to moving, I joined tinder and that's where I met him. My profile was honest, "only looking for adventure buddies that hopefullly will turn into good friends. He invited me to go surfing the next day. We did. From surfing we went to play volleyball, watched the sunset. That night there were fireworks at the beach. One of the guys from volleyball had a sailing boat and took a group out to sail and watch the full moon. We jumped in the water at night (I was super scared!). When we returned to land, I found out my car had been towed (it was past midnight and parking was allowed only until 10:30pm). He took me to the tow place to "rescue" my car. This was all one day!! Lol After that we were best friends, going on all sorts of adventures, surfing all the time. On his birthday as we shared an acai bowl on the back of his jeep, I stole a kiss from him. He said "best birthday gift ever". 3 weeks later he flew me to his sister's wedding in Florida. Another 2 weeks we moved in together. A year later he proposed to me on top of Eifell Tower, in Paris and we decided to start trying yesterday. We met on October 2nd of last year. It has been an amazing year or so! I probably lucked out with tinder. Maybe it was the lack of expectations from both parts. He also just wanted to meet people and have a good time. We happen to have a whole lot in common and want the same out of life. ❤️

He was a bar manager of a nightclub in my local town, so I knew him from nights out as I aways went to his bar for drinks! Me and a friend went out for a quiet drink a couple of nights after Christmas back in 2006 where a big group of people walked in, it was the nightclub staff and all the doorman from club! He came a chatted to us, my friend left us chatting and we chatted all night, we exchanged numbers at the end of the evening and he put me in a taxi home, he text me when I got home to say he had great night and he would love to meet again. He took me out on several more dates before we got together, so officially became a couple two weeks later! He proposed 7 weeks into our relationship and we were married 16 months later! So on January 8th we will celebrate 10 fabulous years together and we have been married 9 years in May!! I love him with all my heart, we have had a lot of heartache as we have not been able to have children but it has made us stronger as a couple!!

Met mine at Chuck E. Cheese! Lol he was my coworker and it was my first day working there lol I noticed him cleaning and I just thought he seemed chill.  Manager finally introduced us and I got butterflies,Sparks and time went to like slow motion! Lol he would get into the Chuck E suit and I'd get into the bird suit Every day at work lol there would be a box to sit on while waiting to come out to do the show and he'd always let me sit on the box! Haha but long story short lol  I fell hard for him! After a year we finally started hanging outside of work and eventually started dating❤️    he is still that same guy I fell inlove with ❤️ he is still my best friend and my best partner💪🏻

He was a trumpet player and I was on danceline, so we had band class together. 🤓 When we finally started talking, he told me he liked me, but wasn't sure it was a good idea to date since he was about to be finished with high school. I meet my SO on an app called "meow chat" just after I had a massive issue with another guy that sent my nudes everywhere. But anyway the first thing he said to me was cheap pick up line from Alice in wonderland as my bio said "if you love Alice in wonderland we will be best friends" and this was in like early January this year. So it February and he says one of his old friends is coming up to see him and they are most likely going to be having sex, at this stage we're friends so I should've been fine with it (but I was really jealous) so I tried sounding excited but he could tell. So it was valuntines day and he says that he wants to be more then friends (he hasn't seen his old friend yet and is planning to in a week or so) and I told him I wasn't sure because of the old friend issue and we got into an argument about it because he then was saying he won't see her if I don't want him too because he doesn't want to risk losing me and I was getting annoyed because I didn't want him to lose a friend because of me. So we hung up annoyed at each other and I thought about it all night and the next morning he told me that he wants to be with me and if he doesn't see his friend it won't be my fault etc and I agreed to it (BEST decision of my life) and it going great I couldn't be happier, we finally met in July and it was the best 10 days of my life (we live like a 3 hour plain flight away) and I'm going to see him in 2 weeks so excited 😁😁😁

I met my fiancé in an online game that my parents also play. He was friends with them and I was a little baby level on it and he'd help me progress. The first time I met him he texted me to ask to hold my hand, cutest thing ever as he is MEGA shy. I did originally say no to him (I was 16 and not ready for a long distance relationship). After a while I realised he wouldn't ever give up. I'd never had anyone be so soft and accepting before. Even though he knew I wasn't ready he didn't give up. Just this knowledge told me to give it a chance. Never regretted it (apart from that one time his baba (dad) asked us if we were romping CRINGE)

I was talking to this guy (lets call him asshole) for 6 months one night he offered to come pick me up but he told me that his friend was gonna drive cause he (asshole) had been drinking. a few minutes went buy and they pulled up asshole flopped out of the truck and came and got me and we went to the truck together. I looked over to see his friend who was driving and all i could think was good god this guy is fucking hot his gf (witch he didn't have) was lucky. We got back to assholes apartment and him and his buddy played games and we all talked. I ended up sucking ass holes dick (stupid i know) and apparently that wasn't good enough so he made up a lie to try to get me to do other things with him (the lie was about his friend) but it was just a blow job nothing more. When we left the bedroom to go see his friend again i brought up the lie (witch i didn't know was a lie at first) asshole then started to talk about something else but his friend (Alex) looked at me like "wtf" then asshole said it was just a joke, so any interest i had in him was gone.  A few hours later he went to bed and left me with Alex we got to talking (I found out he was single) and he learned i love old Chevy trucks and it just so happen he had a old Chevy so after 3 hours of flirting he asked me if i wanted to go for a ride and i said sure. We ended up going to his place so that asshole could sleep cause we were being loud and laughing a lot. He said he'll sleep on the couch and i could sleep in his bed and he would take me home in the morning and i didn't like the idea of him sleeping on the couch in his own place so i said id take it, but we ended up sleeping in the bed together and i can never get over the feeling when he held me for the first time, i felt so safe and protected and the next morning we woke up and he said "this is what i love about you" and as creepy as it was i liked it. 2 days later we where dating and have been together for 2 years and have a baby dew in January:)

One of the common Soroity parties on my campus is My Tie, which is a blind date set up between bigs and littles. Basically your friend sets you you up with a guy and gives you one of their ties so when they show up to the venue they find the girl with their tie and that's their date (hence the name). But anyways, my little and I set each other up last spring and he was my date. I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away when he walked in. I even texted my friend on the spot to say my date was much hotter than expected! haha He was exceptionally considerate all night and far more interested in talking than drinking, which is rare among college guys. Turns out, little did I know, but he had seen me in pictures with my little (they were good friends) and had been pestering her to introduce us for weeks! Needless to say, when he asked for my number, I said yes. When he asked for a date, I said yes. When he asked to go steady, I said yes. It's been almost 8 months of amazing and I hope I can keep saying yes for a long while more. 💕

We went to school together. He liked one of my friends and I flirted with everyone except him. After I moved we matured as needed and eventually we got back in contact. I went to stay with him to get away from my family for a week or two and by the last day we were a  couple. Which was awkward later cause I had told one of our mutual friends that I was not interested in him like that just that week while I had been trying to get laid.
