I'm going in for an emergency (ish) ultrasound in a few hours. I'm 6+3 and having severe intermittent belly pain. I've been spotting for 2 weeks. I thought it was gas or constipation but it's just worse. 😭
Don't tell me it's a mc, I'll know soon enough if it is 😢
