how do I ask?

Hey eve ladies 👋🏼 before I talk to my boyfriend about this, I would like to see how you ladies would handle it. Here's the situation: im trying to gain recognition in the modeling industry and am having trouble getting exposure because my boyfriend is so protective of what I shoot in (which is totally his right and I wouldn't expect nothing less from him) but I obviously have a high amount of self respect to know what I don't want to shoot in and all that. But the question is, how do I ask him if he would be willing to let my coworker that is working on his label (he's a music major but wants to do all around work) manage me?
