SO and parents!! urgent advice needed please 💔

So my SO just got into my home town after a 15 hours bus ride and it's his first time he has ever come to this side before. My folks know of him as a friend but they have their suspicions. The great thing is my folks booked him into a hotel for the duration of his stay so we get some alone time. However it's about 30min away on a dark road and I'm not allowed to spend the night. Like I said- they know him as a friend. I have to baby sit a kid at the same hotel on the weekends from 8-10:30pm as well as drive back and forth everyday for the week in order to see my SO and take him around my city. I do feel it would be realistic for me to stay over at the hotel even if they got me another room. Due to the dark roads and crime I am demanded to be home by 9-9:30 every night except for work Ofcourse. It's a waste of petrol and my safety is at risk. How do I approach my folks about this? He is also having dinner with them tomorrow night. So I'm extremely scared because they aren't to keen on us becoming a thing due to different religious backgrounds... Help me, someone, please...
