So I just had my first appointment a few days ago. I'm just shy of 7 weeks... but they didn't do an ultrasound.. they gave me a referral for blood work and an ultrasound at a different doctor... I thought it was really weird. He only did a Pap smear and like a physical exam.. just curious if this is normal.. so I made an appointment for my 1st ultrasound but it's not till January 9th. I was extremely pissed when I left the office because I so badly wanted to see my little one... I just thought it was necessary to do one to make sure everything is growing okay. I'll be over 10 weeks when the 1st ultrasound happens.. any thoughts??
