Self conscious
I'm self conscious about my body. I am 5 feet 2 inches and weigh 130lbs...is this normal? I did gymnastics for 10 years then stopped and I have gained weight since then which is making me uncomfortable with my body. I feel like I have big thighs, which is not all muscle (sadly) and I need to tone my stomach too. Any tips on how to get quick results? I eat healthy with the occasional treat 2 or 3 times a month. I'm not currently doing any sports but I do blogilates-check it out on YouTube.
I try to set a schedule of when I do them and how many times a week but I ever feel motivated to do it or I just forget.
