can people die during a sleep test ??

I'm so worried my mom is having a sleep test going on right now from 9 pm to 6 am at this sleep station to run test and see why she hasn't been breathing right I heard some people died during this test they put hundreds of wiring on a person during I'm so scared i love my mom so much i would die if something happened to her I'm praying so hard right now please someone tell me can people actually die during this test ???? The last thing my mom told me was if I die I want u to know I love u so much 😥😥😥😥😥

It would be a complete coincidence if she did. The test will not kill her. It will keep her safer than ever because they can see her heart rate and oxygen level 24/7 there.

She's not going to die. Someone is going to be monitoring her the entire time. The wires hooked up to people in a sleep test are there to monitor heart rate and breathing. They're not doing anything to her but watching her sleep.

I am actually going to school for this. They will mark and measure and place electrodes on her head. She sleeps like normal they do nothing but monitor her brain activity. This is something it will look like plus her head wrapped

I had one of these tests. I've never heard of someone dying during it. They are watching her breathe and heart rate and stuff. There is nothing to it that could kill you.

Not sure who told you that, but I'm sorry they worried you unnecessarily. I've had one of these tests done due to my inability to get peaceful rest/insomnia and it's just a bunch of wires connected to you. It's just a LITTLE uncomfortable for the most part.

If anything, your mother would be safer than when she's at home since she's being monitored throughout the night and there's even a camera in the room. She'll be fine, I wouldn't worry. I enjoyed my night study, I had alone time, relaxed, watched tv and read, etc. It was like a get away lol.

I'd had a sleep study done with the wires on my head and I'm fine. I think you're both worrying too much and maybe Google googled it then scared yourself. It'll be fine, she's being watched all night long
