Should you tip a photographer?

I'm getting professional photos taken from a girl who does her own business in a home studio today, and I was wondering what the standard for tipping was. This will be my first time not going to just walmart or something, so I have no idea!

With the prices they charge umn no they make more money in one photo session than I do all week.

I'm a photographer and would not expect a tip. The price I charge includes the materials used for delivering them photos, any mileage, and a wage for the hours I work to take and edit the photos, which is a wage I'm happy earning without the need for a tip.
That said, I'm in the UK, and we don't tip for many things as all our salaries are fair, tips have become a bit more of a thing in restaurants, but it's more a question of a pound or two rather than 15/20%

Well if it's her own business and you are paying her, then I don't see a need for tipping really.

I did just because I believe in tipping for excellent service. She told me I didn't need to, but I wanted to, so I did. Not sure if there is a standard? Lol

If they went out of their way or did something special for me I would definitely tip them. However if it was just a rush , your times up I'll let you know when images are done. Than no I wouldn't tip them with the prices I've had to pay. 
Are they giving you a discount,  
Spending extra time with you, went out of their way to get you certain shots, or create something special for you? Than I would tip them.

In the past with a local photographer I've used. I've gotten her a thank you card and included a gift card. That I've given to her when I picked up the pictures.

If I felt like they went above and beyond then yes I'd tip them at least an extra $20 but it's not a occupation that I'd normally tip.

I did with mine because she refused to let me pay but I slipped $40 into her camera case 😂
