infection? help

so i started having sex for the first time in august and i took antibiotics in september for a sinus infection and i got a yeast infection from the antibiotics. i got rid of it with monistat and all was fine. a few weeks later continuing to be sexually active with my SO i got a UTI and got antibiotics and an oral pill for a yeast infection. then, a few weeks later i got another yeast infection, and i took monistat again. 
Now i'm dealing with an itchy vagina and some white discharge but nothing like a yeast infection, also after sex a week ago it swelled up SO MUCH.

what is going on???

i don't know what to do because my mom is unaware that i'm sexually active and i really want to avoid that conversation with my parents.

Your boyfriend needs to be treated for the yeast too, otherwise you'll just pass it back and forth. Just buy him the 7 day cream and have him use it at night before he goes to sleep,he'll need to shower first the just rub the cream all over his penis/scrotum and surrounding areas. It doesn't burn or sting, it just feels like lotion. And you treat yourself at the same time, you two don't have sex until the treatment is done.

You probably need to go back to the doctor and have a pelvic exam and get checked for sexually transmitted infections and other vaginal infections.  If you don't want to tell your mom about the sex, just tell her you have a yeast infection that isn't going away with Monostat and you need to go back to the doctor. Make sure you tell the doctor you're sexually active so that they know what to look for and they can talk to you about birth control, etc.
