Help! Baby acne or eczema?

Help!? I don't know what this is!  I've googled and went on Pinterest but can't seem to find many pics to compare it to.. i believe it's eczema since it's dry and scaly, but on google doesn't say anything about eczema being on the face.

My daughter is 4 weeks and her baby acne started at 2.5 weeks! It's definitely baby acne! I was told by the doc not to put anything on it and clean her face with a water AND a clean rag. Listening and reading online ... I had to put breastmilk on her face but it didn't work. My baby girl still has the acne. I'm just patiently waiting for it to clear up.

It's acne my baby has the same thing all over her face :(

My daughter has the same thing. It comes and goes. While I'm feeding her I spread breast milk on the area and it helps a lot!

I want to say it's just baby acne! My son had a lot of little pimples - put breast milk on his face and it cleared it right up!
