Headache remedies?! omg :(

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and I'm not even kidding, I am getting the most SEVERE, painful headaches that I considered going to the ER until I remembered it was technically just a headache. But it's the most painful thing, I can't even function and it feels like someone is repeadetly taking my brain and squishing it and throwing it against metal. It appeared at the end of 11 weeks and has gotten stronger and stronger ever since. I know you can't take regular Advil or anything so I've been taking baby Tylenol and obviously that isn't working. Someone please help... I was literally in tears before because of how bad it hurt and couldn't even move.
