blocked Fallopian tubes

I went to the doctor today and he gave me two options #1 ivf or #2 laparoscopy since I did an hsg I have blocked tubes I don't want ivf and I don't want laparoscopy I don't even know what I want any suggestions or anything that I could drink eat to unblock my tubes.  The ivf is 70% successful and $15,000 on the other hand laparoscopy is 25 to 30% successful and the cost is around the same as the ivf but I've seen cases that by doing the laparoscopy have gotten pregnant please help I'm super confused
