can my body do anything right?!

I am so tired of my body not doing what it's supposed too! Never gave me an irregular period, my hormones have never been right resulting in progesterone supplements that make me sick, it couldn't hold a pregnancy longer than 7 weeks, finally held a pregnancy but tried to kill me and the baby with sever preeclampsia, now that the baby is here it won't produce an adequate amount of breast milk no matter how hard I try and force it too. Why does my body hate me...? They say to love your body but it's hard to when it seems like it's fighting against you. I am so overwhelmed!
