did anyone have an ultrasound and not get a picture the first time?

I'm 10 weeks and 4 days and JUST had my first OB appointment. I went to the hospital a few days before and they refused to give me pictures, saying I didn't need them. Did that happen to anyone else or am I just unlucky? And they didn't give me an ultrasound at my OB today.

That's ridiculous even when it was a sack there I still asked for a picture they shouldn't deny you pictures of your own child

I still haven't got one either I'm 10 weeks and 3 days along and just left the hospital after being there for 2 days for hyperemesis gravidarum but they never gave us a picture from the ultrasound I had to get. And I think I deserved one bc i had to get a transvaginal ultrasound and it hurt like hell! Doc was supposed to check if we could have one but I guess he forgot.

My technician didn't want to give me one at my 6week scan coz "there isn't much to see" but I basically demanded a copy anyway
