Hello. So I'm 21 and I have never been to a ob/gyn. I have very bad anxiety. I get so stressed and anxious just thinking about the appointment that I break down in tears. I can't even call and talk to the receptionist at the office. My mom was never really around to explain and comfort me with this stuff.  I really need to go but I feel the only way I could is if I were to get knocked out. Please help.
