8dpo symptoms?

For those who have gotten your bfp, what, if any, were your symptoms at 8dpo? Not testing for a few days but can't help but symptom spot!

I was having back pain , random headaches and a weird toothache that last a day , I tested at 10dpo and bam ! ❤lol
