Father/ Daughter relationships
My mom seems to think that the relationship that a woman has with her father is very much the same as the one that she'll one day have with either her boyfriend or her future husband. I keep telling her that there's no way that either of those are the same, and she always seems to disagree with me every single time, no matter what I do.
I mean, I know that my relationship with my father isn't really the best or anything(and I do believe that he is mostly to blame for that one), but come on now! That can't be true, can it?
