POSITIVE TEST!?!?!

First picture was the first test taken at 10:50 and what I got was the first picture after 2 minutes second picture I took maybe an hour later when I had to go again and that showed up after 2-3 minutes is this a positive!?!?! Me and hubby have been trying for almost a year! My last period I got November 15 exactly a month ago today and just decided to eat because my friend said to. Also feeling ovulation type little pains is that normal??
