After my son was born he got a bad case of baby acne. We used 100% coconut oil and it literally all cleared up within 3-4 days. But now he also gets dry skin. I don't bathe him everyday but he's starting to have massive poops so I feel like I need to more often, possibly every day? Is this to much? How often are you guys bathing your October babies at this point?

We started bathing my daughter every night starting around 6 weeks to try to establish routine. I barely put any soap in the water to avoid dry out. It's mainly to calm her and tell her it's bedtime.

My daughter gets a bath every night as part of our bedtime routine. I just lather her up with lotion and we haven't had any problems with dry skin. I put enough on so that it's not all the way rubbed in that way it continues to soak in her skin overnight.
