I just wanna know if anyone got pregnant successfully after ectopic pregnancy

With only one tube becuase I had surgery a few days ago and they had to take out my left tube now I only have my right. I believe they did a laparoscopy on me but didn't tell me anything about my right tube. Should I get a hsg just to be sure? They told my husband that my right tube is fine but never said anything about scarring cause before I had chlamydia. This has just been a traumatic experience for me and I'm just scared of trying again in the future
