confused

Hey guys. I keep posting about this but it's because I have no one to really talk to about it. I've bee taking test after test and they all say negative. I'm going for blood work on Saturday. But I just have all the signs of being pregnant. I've been nauseous for about two or three weeks, my stomach is getting harder, all I've been wanting is cheese and nothing else, and today my boobs started hurting. Idk what's going on. Me and my fiancé want a kid so bad that sometimes I think it's all in my head, but these symptoms won't go away.
