I have the vita fusion gummy prenatals. Are these good? They have DHA in them. Should I take It more and a folic acid too along with the prenatal?

My vita fusion gummies are comparable to a pill.(I switched to gummies to help with nausea) Theyve got enough folic acid. Just take the correct dose and you'll be getting everything you need with them!

I also use the gummy vitamins! I always thought they are just as good as the other ones... I've been using them for years actually (thought they helped keep my hair and nails looking nice) but now that I'm actually pregnant I find I don't really want to chew my vitamins sometimes. Maybe I'll get the pills just to have on hand when I can't stomach the sweetness of the gummy ones.

I use the same ones. My OB said those are fine + trying to eat healthy. Trying being the key word there!
