Pelvic Floor Therapy
Any of you ladies had to have pelvic floor therapy? If so, what can I expect? I've read into it, but I'm still not really too sure what the therapist will be doing. I will start the six week therapy appointments the first week of next year and I am hoping it will work! I need to be able to not pee myself all the time while I am at work! :/
