back pain early sign?

Can lower back pain be a sign of early pregnancy? It started off dull this morning and is now killing me! It's like an ache throughout my lower back. I've also been nauseas and dealing with headaches for the past few days. I'm 8 dpo give or take. It's too early to test but is it too early to have symptoms? Is a back ache a symptom?
