😥 my throat is hurting a lot i keep taking pills but it only gets off for a little my nose is starting to get runny and I sometimes cough a little but my throat is bothering me the most and also like phelm or

mucus or something that I swallow bc I feel that its blocking my passage way but idk I went to the doctor but I got told it was just a virus either way I feel horrible 😪 I just want to feel better :(
