Please reply :( Urgent Clomid question

Please don't read without commenting!!! Yesterday I posted this but didn't get many opinions. I took Provera to induce a period, however I'm on my THIRD day of just spotting. This hasn't ever happened. My OB said even if I spot for a day go ahead and count it as cd1. However if I were to do that, today would be cd3, the day I need to take clomid. But I still don't have full flow AF! I tried to call my doctors office but it went to voicemail. Hopefully I get a call back. If I don't, what should I do? Take the clomid or wait for full flow AF? :(
