TMI WARNING ⚠!!! Does anyone else have really heavy periods?? I've had REALLY heavy periods ever since my first period when I was 10. They're so heavy that I got through a 30+ box of Super Plus tampons, and I have to also use Maxi pads along with my tampons. I constantly have at least quarter sized blood clots. I read online to take ibuprofen to help with heavy periods, but is there anything else y'all would personally recommend?? I also started progesterone cream last month.
