irregular periods

I have been on depo for 3 years and got last injection in October 2015. Immediately got my periods back and they came monthly . Toward the end of this year they started not showing up. For example August I had a period then September nothing. Spotted October, then November 2nd I got a period and now I haven't had one . Currently active in sex with my boyfriend but took a test couple days after the 2nd and it was negative. No symptoms no period yet . Any suggestions ? Comments ? Relatable ?
