Food advice
FTM seeking advice on food. I don't want to be one of those mom's that obsesses over what my child is allowed to eat. However I want to try my best to limit my daughter's sugar. Right now, all she has had is oatmeal cereal and pureed fruits and vegetables. I am considering introducing yogurt but obviously it has sugar in it. And I know as she grows up we won't be able to control everything she eats because she will be given food by other people and she will be able to make her own decisions. I guess what I'm trying to say is, is it possible to keep sugar out of her diet completely or is there a way to allow it in some circumstances without her becoming addicted. I am not criticizing other parents who don't restrict their children's sugar intake. I'm not perfect by any means, just a momma like most of you who is trying to make the best decisions for MY child. We don't have to agree with each other or make the same choices because we are all doing our best!!! Much love and thanks in advance for any advice!
