Loss of Motivation

Gals 💁🏻 I am super in need of help right now. 
I've gained a few too many kilos in the last couple of months (apparently eating is my way of coping and I wasn't aware until it was too late lmao), and I have lost all motivation to get myself back upto speed. 
I still go to the gym every morning, but it's the food that gets me. 
I need to be motivated to eat good healthy food again. 
Any tips on what could help? 🙌🏻
