It's day two of my period, the worst day. I'm so nauseous. I haven't been cramping so I didn't take ibuprofen, but my stomach is uneasy. I don't take any other kind of medication for any reason, and I hardly ever get sick. I just ate lunch, a strawberry salad, and I think eating made my nausea 10x worse. Currently in the bathroom at work trying to control the feeling. Any suggestions to make the nausea go away?
