movement?

Question

Has anyone else been told that their placenta is in the front, as opposed to behind the baby? If so, have you felt movement? I'm 16 weeks and haven't felt my baby girl move yet. I'm not concerned, just anxious to feel her!

I've had this with two pregnancies, and the first time I was a little worried because it took longer to feel, closer to 20-22 weeks, the next time it happened I knew exactly what baby kicks felt like so I think I just noticed them easier. Don't worry, when baby gets big enough you shouldn't have any trouble feeling them. They may not be super strong, but I don't think you'll really see much of a difference. Mine were always still extremely strong.

You'll feel movement around 20+ weeks with an anterior placenta! Don't worry, soon enough!
