This year makes it 14 years episode free for me!

Around this time during the year 2002, I was hospitalized due to a manic episode. Ever since then, I've been trying to stay I the straight and narrow path and making sure I don't do anything to jeopardize all of the good progress that I've been making, and I'm happy to report that it must have paid off in a really big way, because this year would make 14 years of being episode free!(:
