now I am confused 😒🙄

So i had a miscarriage end of September early October. I had a pretty normal cycle in November 14th to 18th. So I'm 11dpo and I've had some symptoms of pregnacy. Tired, pains in ovaries, eating more than usual, headaches etc. no implantation bleeding tho. I ovulated either 4/5 of December. While I tested Wednesday and see a vvvvfl so I ordered blooded work to make sure it wasn't from the miscarriage. It came back 1ml. My doctors suggested ordering another one today and it came back at 5ml?! I took another 2 test and it came back vvfl of course but still there So it's obvious it's going up and in my mind i got my rainbow baby! While they call me to tell me they want another one to see if it goes up again. They said sometimes after a miscarriage your hcg level can go up and down? Which I've never heard in my entire journey through this! My last hcg check 11/29 was 4? I don't think that's correct? What are your thoughts? I'm trying not to get excited incase I'm not pregnant but all signs point to yes? HELP
