Bad weather, sick BF, and no medicine...

Well, found out at about 5:30 that my boyfriend has a fever of 101.5🌡😷🤒 Also found out that we are completely out of any cold and flu medicine (NyQuil or off brands) now I feel helpless cause this is the first time he's been sick since getting together. What's worse is HE WONT RELAX AND GET BETTER QUICK!! We are broke and in a winter weather advisory so I can't go out to get him any medicine. I feel awful that I can't help him
