I think any age you choose is fine. The only concern is after 35 the risk of Down syndrome are higher. And I'm not sure but I think the pregnancy is just overall riskier.

I believe that's your choice, I wouldn't want to have 1 at that age. I'm 37 and I don't have the same energies I have when I was 20. By 45 I want an empty house. Not to step on a lego.
