DRYYYY! 😩

Anyone have any ideas on how to treat super dry hands?  The weather in my province (I live in Canada) has been so cold lately and it's gotten to the point where no matter how much lotion I lather on, my hands are still so dry!  It doesn't help that I work in retail either, so I'm constantly touching cash and using hand sanitizer after. Any ideas would be appreciated!
