Cramping

Okay so my period ended November 10th ( 45 day cycle) and I noticed that Monday I had lots of ewcm, me and my bf bd and ever since then I have been having on and off cramps and a bit of pain mainly in my left ovary, I do get random pains in my lower back too, I don't have sore breasts which I usually do about a week before af makes her appearance and she's due in 2 days, I do have a bit a nausea but it's hard to go by that since I already have ibs, the cramping scares me because if I'm not pregnant then it could be serious, planning on a doctor's visit just wondering if anyone has ever experienced cramps that are on and off for that long and was pregnant
